Pakita’s prolonged stay at El Arca Animal Partido de Mar Chiquita had become increasingly difficult for her. Confined mostly to her kennel, she grew sadder and more withdrawn as time passed, leading to a concerning refusal to eat and significant weight loss. The volunteers at the shelter, deeply concerned about her well-being, tirelessly attempted to find her a suitable home, but despite their efforts over two years, no suitable adopters emerged.
